| Submission Information for Authors |
IMPORTANT: Authors uploading the final version of the manuscript after the paper has been accepted must go the Preparation of the final manuscript page.
The prospective Author should be familiar with the General Information for Authors. Only electronic submission is available.
The Author should prepare a single file in postscript or pdf format (pdf preferred), with the complete contribution (Authors list, affiliation and full addresses, title, abstract, article, references and figures). Authors are required to submit all manuscripts in IEEE two column format. Authors are encouraged to use Style files from IEEE available for Microsoft Word or LaTex documents. Submissions not following this guideline will be returned without review.
Submissions are done using an interactive form.
Once you have submitted your paper using the interactive form, you may want to try to retrieve your manuscript to make sure it was deposited correctly in the database. You need to reload the Start Page for Authors.
Note on word processing. It is advisable to use standard fonts to make the file printable on different printers. Do not format the paper for double-sided printers. Preferred word processing systems are latex and word.
